General Description

The Office of Alumni Relations is seeking an office clerk. This team member will be responsible for answering phones, campus errands, assist with mailings, and special projects.Responsibilities include:

Answer incoming calls including troubleshooting inquiries from donors, alumni and vendors

Data entry and update records using ALADIN database

Homewood Campus pickup and delivery

Assist staff with large mailing that may include using Excel mail-merge.


High School Diploma or GED required.

Candidates must be able to work independently; have basic knowledge of MS Office; exceptional customer service skills with both office staff and alumni; ability to stay on task and meet deadlines.
