Use profiling engines, querying tools, root cause analysis techniques, facilitated by understanding data models and applying advanced use of tools and data extraction.
  • Execute data audits to validate critical data quality against data rules, gathering statistical metrics to determine data that is out of compliance.
  • Employ Lean methodologies and principles to drive improvements.
  • Assist in planning and delivery of change management appropriate to support quality data as part of the overall CRM and related business solutions ecosystem, ensuring objectives are met from a data quality management perspective, rather than technology ownership.
