Business Program Manager
We are seeking a Business Program Manager who will be responsible for managing multiple projects at the divisional level. This position will provide overall management for an extensive project including research and writing. The Business Program Manager is responsible for providing programmatic, business, and administrative leadership for projects.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists in proposal preparation and the development of program plans.
- Coordinates regular meetings with principal investigators, postdocs, students, and government collaborators on projects.
- Plans, coordinates, and executes major programmatic reviews and events in support of the center and sponsored research projects.
- Identifies funding opportunities by attending workshops, and conferences, and engaging with sponsoring agencies
- Provides programmatic information in support of compliance and audit reviews.
- Ensures timely responses to regular and ad hoc requests for information from funding agencies, collaborators, and University administration.
- Collects critical programmatic, workforce development, and collaborative data for all sponsored research projects.
- Support editing for quarterly and annual reports to sponsoring agencies.
- Ensures principal and co-investigators meet all contractual requirements for sponsored research projects.
- Performs other related duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Three years of related experience.
- Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
