Director Admissions (SOGP Academic Administration)

We are seeking a Director Admissions who will provide leadership and management to the Admissions team and serve as part of the overall leadership team. The Director can operate within both Divisional and Central offices.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop strategic, data-informed student admission recruitment, marketing, and enrollment strategies and goals. Contribute to the creation and execution of yearly recruitment plan.
- Lead and manage area of admissions specialization.
- Partner with offices across campus to ensure a smooth and accurate transition of information from applicants to matriculating students.
- Determine the fiscal requirements, prepare and manage budgetary recommendations for the Admissions office.
- Analyze reports, track trends, and provide statistical information.
- Plan and oversee the work of staff to ensure the appropriate procedures and policies are followed in compliance with current admissions standards.
- Hire and supervise Admissions Office Staff, prepare performance appraisals, promotions, and handle disciplinary actions. Serve on various committees as assigned by the leadership.
- Maintain and audit systems and protocols to ensure they are compliant, accurate and sound.
- Identify enhancements and solutions to systems and operational infrastructure.
- Represent Admissions in public events, information settings, and visits.
- Travel and night/weekend work may be required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Five years related experience.
- Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert user in Slate, including ability to build workflows and data infrastructure for reporting environments.
- Ability to partner with a technical team to design / structure Slate workflow to optimize data collection and reporting.
- Experience with data-based decision making.
- Ability to leverage BI tools for reporting.

Starting Salary Range: $75,100 - $145,000 Annually (Commensurate w/exp.)
